  3. AgendaMaker is a program designed to help you collect, organize, and communicate all the information in your life. The program integrates notebook, task, calendar, alarm, mail, messaging, and conferencing functions into one seamless application.

  8. Some of AgendaMaker's features include:

  10. Alarms
  11. Alarm items can be created to remind you of important appointments. Alarms can notify you by a flashing icon, vocal message, or by automatically bringing AgendaMaker to the foreground.

  13. Calendar
  14. Event items can be created to track important dates, such as holidays, birthdays, etc. AgendaMaker's scheduling functions allow you to see either everything you've scheduled, or focus on those items you should be working on at the moment.

  16. To Do List
  17. AgendaMaker allows to track things to do (tasks), marking them as finished when completed.

  19. Note Taking
  20. Generic note items can be created. AgendaMaker's tagging abilities (projects, priorities, and statuses) make it useful for collecting and organizing notes, writing memos, exchanging mail, etc.

  22. Filters
  23. Filters can be created which limit items shown to those matching certain criteria, such as high-priority items, unopened mail, car project items, etc. The filters are very flexible. In addition, the Find command may be used to search for items with matching text within a filtered set.

  25. Tags
  26. Project, priority, and status tags can be created and assigned to items to assist in organization. These tags work with Filters to create subsets of items for viewing.

  28. Electronic Mail
  29. AgendaMaker can function as an effective mail system, with the ability to send items across a network - including those linked by modem via Remote Access. In addition to simply sending notes, other items (tasks, events and alarms) can be sent as well to update a co-worker's schedule, etc.

  31. Conferencing
  32. AgendaMaker allows you to hold online "conferences" with other AgendaMaker users (one or multiple users), much like the "conferene call" feature of modern phone systems.

  34. Messaging
  35. AgendaMaker allows you to send messages to other AgendaMaker users.

  37. Graphic Views
  38. In addition to the standard list view, items may also be viewed in graphical week or month format. All views may be printed on a printer.
